The toastiness of the champagne is refreshingly sweetened and enhanced by the Big O and lemon – and the vodka.



  • 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ oz vodka
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • Champagne


  1. Combine all ingredients except champagne in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously, then strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with champagne.
