Peaches! We love anything peachy, and this cocktail is a rich combination of bourbon, peach, and ginger. Be careful, however, because it’s dangerously easy to drink.

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz bourbon
- ½ oz peach schnapps
- sparkling wine
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously, then strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
