This cocktail is simply beautiful! And simply delicious! Pomegranate juice adds color and a sweet-tart quality that’s brightened by the addition of lime and then balanced by the Big O. Sparkling wine – in this case, we recommend a Prosecco – enhances the pleasure even more.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ¾ oz pomegranate juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • Sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
