This is a sweet-savory drink with a little Tabasco kick. The addition of the spring onion makes us think of brunch.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Old Weller 107
- 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- one dash Tabasco
- spring onion
- sprig of thyme
Instructions
- Muddle onion and Tabasco in Big O Ginger Liqueur.
- Add whiskey and ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
