Shandy Quaid

LIQUOR: ,
DIFFICULTY:

The traditional Shandy is a British pub drink, combining lemonade and beer. Our friends at Fraser’s Good Eats have given it an intriguing and delicious twist by adding Big O and bourbon to the mix, resulting in The Shandy Quaid. It’s still a refreshing sipper, light and tangy, but much richer and more complex. This is definitely a summer cocktail – yet we find ourselves enjoying The Shandy Quaid even in the depths of winter.
