Vodka is a perfect pallet for highlighting the great flavors you want to showcase. This drink creates a sparkling and summery picture full of citrus and spice.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz vodka
- ¾ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- ½ oz fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 oz cava
Instructions
- Add the chilled cava and the orange juice to a chilled martini glass.
- Shake the vodka and Big O separately with cracked ice.
- Strain this mixture into the center of the martini glass.
- This should be done quickly so the pour makes the cava foam just a bit.
- Garnish with a healthy orange twist.
