This boozy cocktail uses crisp Irish whiskey as its base and then enhances it with orange and ginger to smooth it out and sweeten it.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • ¼ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with orange peel.
