But the addition of the vermouth, Chartreuse, and walnut bitters creates a nuanced bouquet of intricate flavors and scents that will transport you to a richly appointed chateau in France. Just close your eyes and enjoy!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Laird’s Applejack
  • ¾ oz Dolin Blanc
  • ¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 4 drops walnut bitters

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice, except bitters.
  2. Strain into coupe and add bitters.
  3. Garnish with a large lemon twist.
