Here’s a rich and creamy dessert cocktail perfect for the holidays. It’s combination of spices (including chai tea), vanilla vodka, and marscarpone cheese is both decadent and delightful.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Stoli Vanilla
  • 2 oz mascarpone crème
  • ½ oz green chai tea syrup
  • Crushed ginger snap cookies

Instructions

  1. To make crème: heat 1 oz 2% milk with a pinch soy lecithin stirring well. Transfer to mixing bowl and add 2 tbs mascarpone. Stir until creamy. Cool before using.
  2. Combine Big O, vodka, and chai tea syrup in a cocktail mixer with ice.
  3. Shake until lightly chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass top with marscapone crème and garnish with crushed ginger snaps.
