Bloody Hell


We like a fresh Bloody Mary with a little sweetness to enhance the spiciness. Our version of this classic brunch cocktail is spicy, tart, a little sweet, and remarkably fresh tasting.



  • 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1½ oz vodka
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5 fresh basil leaves
  • 4 oz chilled Clamato juice
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to chill.
  3. Strain into a Collins or highball glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with fresh herbs and vegetables of your choice.
