Shall We Dance


This drink reminds us of early autumn. Perhaps it is the pear nectar or the rich spice of Big O and rum. Maybe the spark of lemon recalls the passing of summer. Whatever it is, this cocktail gives one a lot to love. Cheers!



  • 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Plantation Grand Reserve Barbados rum
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz pear nectar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 drop of Absinthe


  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Flame an orange peel over the top and add one drop of absinthe.
  5. Garnish with a twist.
