Ginger & Mary Ann


Gilligan never had it so good! This tiki concoction is a flavorful combination of Big O and Navy strength rum, pineapple, and lime juice all smoothed and harmonized by the coconut water and toasted bitters.



  • 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Smith & Cross Navy Rum
  • ½ oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz coconut water
  • 4 dashes toasted Angostura bitters


  1. In a cocktail glass, add one dash of Angostura Bitters in Misto Aero Bottle.
  2. Light bitters with a match and spray 4 additional pumps into glass to toast the bitters.
  3. Top with Big O, rum, pineapple, lime, and coconut water.
  4. Add crushed ice and stir the cocktail until the glass is frosty and all ingredients are incorporated.
  5. Garnish with a piece of ginger.
