Gilligan never had it so good! This tiki concoction is a flavorful combination of Big O and Navy strength rum, pineapple, and lime juice all smoothed and harmonized by the coconut water and toasted bitters.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz Smith & Cross Navy Rum
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz coconut water
- 4 dashes toasted Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a cocktail glass, add one dash of Angostura Bitters in Misto Aero Bottle.
- Light bitters with a match and spray 4 additional pumps into glass to toast the bitters.
- Top with Big O, rum, pineapple, lime, and coconut water.
- Add crushed ice and stir the cocktail until the glass is frosty and all ingredients are incorporated.
- Garnish with a piece of ginger.
