This is a tiki drink just aching for a cool ocean breeze. The interplay of the rum, Big O, fresh juices, and spices make you think of the Caribbean islands. And so cooling!

Ingredients
1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
1 oz aged rum (Angostura 7-year)
½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz cinnamon syrup
1 dash The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas’ Own Decanter Bitters
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into glass with fresh ice.
Garnish with lime.
Note: cinnamon syrup is just simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water) made with cinnamon sticks boiled in the water, then removed before straining into a bottle.
