Snuggle up with this drink on a cold winter’s night. It is a spiced version of the hot buttered rum from Dickens’ era. Rum and Big O are pals, but the addition of the creamy butter to the mix makes it rich and soothing.

- 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 1½ oz dark rum
- 1 oz hot water
- 1 pat unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a mug, mix Big O Ginger Liqueur and rum.
- Add the butter and top with hot water.
