Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1½ oz vodka
  • 1 egg white
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Angostura bitters for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Shake again with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
