The Stormy Breakup

This is our take on the classic Dark and Stormy. The richness of the dark rum and Big O combination gets an extra spark from the addition of fresh lime juice and ginger beer. We can’t face summer without it!
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ oz dark rum
- 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 5-6 oz ginger beer
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice.
- Squeeze lime wedge over ice.
- Pour rum and Big O Ginger Liqueur into the glass.
- Add ginger beer.
- Stir lightly and garnish with lime.
