Mike Strohm of the great speakeasy “The W” created this eclectic cocktail. The combination of the amaro, fernet, and Chartreuse play beautifully with the flavors of the gin and Big O.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Averell Damson Gin
  • ¼ oz Punt e Mes sweet vermouth
  • A barspoon of Fernet
  • A barspoon of Yellow Chartreuse

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled.
  2. Strain into coupe.
  3. Float a mint leaf on the drink’s surface.
