The Avalanche


Here’s a delightful dessert cocktail. Big O and Baileys together are already a drink you can cuddle with on those long winter nights. Add a great vanilla ice cream (and maybe a shot of espresso for a stellar take on the affogato), whip it up, and you have a perfect dessert.



  • 2 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Serve in a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a candied lemon peel and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
