Ted Kilgore has given us a number of Big O classics in the tiki genre. This is particularly delicious. The interplay of the gin, Big O and citrus juices is bright and exciting. The addition of the nutty and citrusy orgeat softens and unifies the mix and makes it silky on the tongue.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz North Shore No. 11 gin
- ½ oz orgeat
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
Instructions
- Quick shake with crushed ice.
- Strain into a highball glass with ice.
- Garnish with orchid and umbrella.
