Here’s a variant on a theme we love: Big O, gin, and cucumber. The addition of the Velvet Falernum, lime, and dill take the base flavors to a higher level of fun and sophistication.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ oz gin (Hendrick’s)
  • ½ oz Velvet Falernum
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 2 cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. Muddle dill, cucumber, and lime together.
  2. Add ice and remaining ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously, then fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with additional cucumber slice and dill sprig.
