Big O and any citrus are delicious, so adding it to orange juice is a no-brainer. The herbal quality of the Galliano (think vanilla and anise) adds a delicately sweet surprise to this cool brunch cocktail.



  • 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 4 oz orange juice
  • ½ oz Galliano


  1. In a rocks glass filled with ice, combine Big O and orange juice.
  2. Stir gently, then top with Galliano.
