Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 parts Hendrick’s Gin
- 4 parts strengthened Chamomile tea
- 3 parts Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 3 parts pineapple juice
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 2 pieces of fresh pineapple
- Copious dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1 litre of water frozen in a large cube
Instructions
- Steep 2 bags of tea per cup of hot water for 45 minutes and chill.
- In a big punchbowl place the enormous ice cube and combine all ingredients, adding bitters to adjust the taste of the punch.
- Garnish with seasonal fresh berries and mint sprigs.
- Serve with a flourish.
