Some people like the idea of a gin and tonic but are turned off by the bitterness of the tonic. If you want the refreshing combo of gin and lime – enhanced by the sweetly spiced goodness of Big O – this is your cocktail. The bubbles of the club soda add to the pleasure of this drink.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- Juice of ½ of a lime
- Carbonated water
- 1 lime wheel
Instructions
- Pour juice of lime, gin and Big O Ginger Liqueur into a highball glass over ice cubes.
- Top with carbonated water and stir.
- Garnish with the lime wedge.
