This simple gin drink is so good. Just gin, Big O, and orange bitters. The London dry gin is a great canvas for the nuanced spices of Big O with the extra brightness of the orange.

- 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- Stir the gin, Big O Ginger Liqueur, and bitters with cracked ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
