
Honeysuckle Sour

We love a “sour” in the summer. And this cocktail is a wonderful version of the genre. Normally, you start with whiskey, but the Big O is the star here, enhanced and enriched by the addition of rum and whiskey. Lemon and honey syrup complete the mix. This is a cocktail you’ll ask for again and again.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz Plantation Rum Barbados 5 Year
- ¾ oz Heaven Hill Bonded Bourbon
- ¾ oz lemon
- ½ oz honey syrup
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
