In Mexico, the locals are less likely to drink a margarita and more likely to order a combination of tequila and grapefruit juice. This cocktail adds a savory twist with lime and fresh cilantro leaves. The Big O and honey syrup take the tartness down a notch and lighten this cocktail, making a perfect summer pleaser – south or north of the border.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Chinaco Blanco Tequila
- ¾ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- ¼ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey:water)
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, including the cilantro, in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 -15 seconds, fine strain into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and cilantro.
