We like a fresh Bloody Mary with a little sweetness to enhance the spiciness. Our version of this classic brunch cocktail is spicy, tart, a little sweet, and remarkably fresh tasting.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- 1½ oz vodka
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 4 oz chilled Clamato juice
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously to chill.
- Strain into a Collins or highball glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with fresh herbs and vegetables of your choice.
