Here’s a variant on a theme we love: Big O, gin, and cucumber. The addition of the Velvet Falernum, lime, and dill take the base flavors to a higher level of fun and sophistication.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Big O Ginger Liqueur
- ½ oz gin (Hendrick’s)
- ½ oz Velvet Falernum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 sprig dill
- 2 cucumber slices
Instructions
- Muddle dill, cucumber, and lime together.
- Add ice and remaining ingredients.
- Shake vigorously, then fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with additional cucumber slice and dill sprig.
