GINGER SUNRISE

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz. Big O 
  • 1-1/2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 1/4 oz. honey syrup 
  • 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice 
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled, then fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and cilantro.

BIG O MOJITO

BIG O MOJITO

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz. Amber Rum (Angostura 5-yr)
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz. simple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint.

BIG O MARGARITA

BIG O MARGARITA

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Big O 
  • 1 oz reposado tequila 
  • ¾ oz triple sec or dry curaçao 
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well to chill. 
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass with a sugar/lime zest/cayenne pepper rim. 
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange or lime wheel.

Ginger Negroni

Ginger Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Big O
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Campari 

Directions:

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice. 
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or and an orange twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Big O
  • 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • sparkling wine

Directions:

  1. Pour Big O and lemon juice into a champagne flute. 
  2. Top with sparkling wine.
  3. Garnish with lemon zest or candied ginger

HONEYSUCKLE

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ¾ oz. Plantation 5yr Rum
  • ¾ oz. Heaven Hill bonded
  • ¾ oz. lemon
  • ½ oz. honey syrup

Directions:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with candied ginger.

ST. LOUIS SOUR

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. North Shore #11 gin
  • 1 oz. Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ oz. orgeat
  • 2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Quick shake w/ crushed ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
  3. Garnish w/ orchid and umbrella.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Plantation Dark rum
  • ¾ oz. Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Sweet vermouth
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • 1 dash Xcolat Mole bitters

Directions:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
  2. Strain in to a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Lime wheel garnish.
  4. Dust with cocoa powder.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Plantation 3 star rum
  • 1 oz. Big O Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • ¼ oz. grenadine

Directions:

  1. Stir ingredients with ice to chill. 
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

JACK’S PUNCH

JACK’S PUNCH

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts 15 year old El Dorado Special Reserve Rum
  • 1/2 part Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth Pregiato
  • 1/2 part Big O Ginger Liqueur

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, stir well and add an ice ring to chill.
  2. Sparkling wine may be added for a festive bubble.
